Katy is amazing! Within 5 min of my chair massage, she was getting at all the specific points in my shoulders where I carry all my stress. It is like she has 6th sense! I was so relaxed and got so much relief, I literally started crying(good tears)! It was such a therapeutic release both physically and emotionally.

I’d like to give a big shout out to Spectral Massage Therapy. I have a neck injury from many years back and always thought I’d have to live with a stiff neck and pain for the rest of my life. After just a few 60 minute massage sessions my pain has subsided and I have more mobility in my neck than I have had in years. Thank you Amanda. You are amazing!

Amanda has taken care of my therapy since 2019. I have a couple of injuries that flare up occasionally and Amanda developed a treatment plan to mitigate the frequency and magnitude of these issues.Many times there are new things that need to be addressed and Amanda takes the time to make that the focus. I also appreciate the techniques Amanda employs to get results. Overall, it is always relaxing and refreshing.

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Spectral Massage Therapy for sometime now and have been meaning to write a review. I have a number of pain issues I'm dealing with. On a short term basis I always leave feeling better. On a long term basis I have made a lot of improvements that I believe is due to her talented work. I have seen several other massage therapists that I was not completely happy with. Not that I have a complaint about them but they just weren't intuitive to me needs.
