This high pressure salesman talked my eighty three old parents into getting a 5 year contract by playing into their fears of living close to Trenton. They paid their bills faithfully but when they had to move into an assisted living home, this company insisted that they pay over $2000 to get out of their contract. This is not a voluntary move or something that they wanted to do. They became unable to live on their own but it didn't matter. This company wants to harass my elderly parents to get money. We had a Security System installed. It was installed in a professional manner and customer service has been a great help in guiding us through using the system at the store, from home and on the cell phone. The system is working out to be more than a security item for our people in that they use it for many different informational purposes such as knowing when delivery trucks are at the loading dock and which customers are coming in so that they can be prepared. 5 stars all the way!
