I have spoken w Tan at the crisis center via phone several times. Spectra Care has an excellent employee w her. She listens to a client, in this case cliet's family as long as they want to talk. She is very knowledgeable. I was a RN for 33yrs. She exceeds my expectations. I believe its gonna be very difficult for her to be replaced if she leaves which I hope she doesn't. Thank you to whoever hired her & a special thank you to Tan.
