My psychiatrist of over 21 years, the one person that I was completely comfortable with, open with, trusted with complete indiscretion and trust, just to stop my treatment. I had no other options but to seek care in a BMU. SpectraCare in Ozark Alabama was the only thing that saved me, encouraged me, and put me back on the path that reestablished my mental health. If you need comfort, with professional support and caring, I definitely recommend that you see what they can provide for you!
I was made to feel very comfortable here and Daphne helped me learn to relax. When I show up for an appointment I don't have to wait at all. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I'm on the road to a happy and healthy recovery thanks to Spectracare. Dr. Lopez is a fine doctor and helps to keep me at ease. Angie is thorough, patient, understanding and empathetic with Recovery Group. Spectracare is helpful and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.
This place is horrible they can’t function. I don’t understand how these people got hired waiting hours after my appointment time is set. The doctors don’t listen to you and force you to stay on meds you don’t want. The front receptionist doesn’t understand how scheduling works.
They NEVER answer the dang phone
MY EXPERIENCE AT SPECTRACARE OZARK,AL. HAS MOSTLY BEEN POSITIVE.THE MAJORITY OF STAFF TREATED ME WITH RESPECT & KINDNESS.THEY HAVE HELPED ME FOR A MEDICATION I CANNOT AFFORD EVEN WITH INSURANCE. I APPRECIATE ALL THEY DO FOR THEIR PATIENTS
