I am amazed at the stunning disregard for health of their patients. After being a patient for several years they refused to refill my blood pressure medication. When I called to discuss, the receptionist who answered the phone provided no help - I see from below reviews that she has been complained about before. I went to the er, where they were very happy to refill - I guess they care whether I have a stroke, but spectra wellness/Katie/Rodney Morillo don't.
NEVER GO TO SPECTRA WELLNESS. I have been a patient for 10 years. The last two years their service has change tremendously . They don't care if your're out of medications. I 've been out of heart medication and they refused to refill my prescription on several occasions. The office staff Katelyn Dubaninewicz is very rude, hangs up on your insurance company when trying to get a Prior Authorization and lies to the doctors by blaming the patients.
