Everyone at Spectra Sound were incredibly nice to me. The doctor walked me through everything about getting hearing aids. I've never had them before. She explained every aspect step by step and was very patient with me. I walked out of there feeling very comfortable about them. Also, Pamela the doctor's assistant was as nice as could be setting everything up on the phone. I was WELL TAKEN CARE OF! The Audiologist was patient and dilligent as I was being tested. Afterwards, I was shown the results on a computer screen that CLEARLY outlined my issues and recommendations for correction. Street parking is ample, costs are competitive, waiting area clean and orderly. Reception area....Nice!
This place is for hearing aids. Was well satisfied.
Can not say enough about the services provided by Specta Sound. So knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. Lost the hearing in both ears suddenly and was so happy with their expertise. Now, I'm back to hearing again. Could not ask for a better provider. Highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
Loved it had an appointment with my husband for his hearing aids doctor is wonderful really helpful and customer the same nice and helpful clean environment really recommend to anybody!!!!!!!!
