Excellent care by both Doctor and assistant. They are extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding. The doctor is a true professional in her field. She is very informative, explains in detail and you leave her office confident that you got the best care. Thank you for always being there to help me as I lose my hearing. I have acceptance, but you both have made it so that I feel comfortable with my hearing loss. So as long as I need these services you have a patient for life. Grateful to have picked you. 🙏
Everyone at Spectra Sound were incredibly nice to me. The doctor walked me through everything about getting hearing aids. I've never had them before. She explained every aspect step by step and was very patient with me. I walked out of there feeling very comfortable about them. Also, Pamela the doctor's assistant was as nice as could be setting everything up on the phone. I was WELL TAKEN CARE OF! The Audiologist was patient and dilligent as I was being tested. Afterwards, I was shown the results on a computer screen that CLEARLY outlined my issues and recommendations for correction. Street parking is ample, costs are competitive, waiting area clean and orderly. Reception area....Nice!
This place is for hearing aids. Was well satisfied.
