Tax Prep Contacted this company to prep and file my taxes. To their credit they DID prep my taxes but claim they never received my e-signature page. Found out in OCTOBER they never filed my taxes. When I contacted them the response was "Yeah, I was wondering why your taxes sat on the desk for so long. I guess I should have followed up with you."
