I rented a studio space at this salon for a year, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The management was rude and unhelpful, and there were also issues with the owner. Throughout my rental, I had ongoing problems with heating and air conditioning that I reported several times, but they were never fixed. I also had two separate water leaks that damaged my belongings, and I was never compensated for the loss. This was my first time at her salon, she listened to exactly what I wanted and was very detailed, I love the result she is absolutely amazing highly recommended, also very friendly!

If you aren’t getting your brows done at The Jaded Arch, you are missing out. All of the suites are super nice, and so are the people who have shops there!
