Poor quality I used to use Spectra all the time, but their quality has taken a nose-dive in recent years. The processing is lackluster and the prints are terrible. Their techicians make terrible judgment calls with exposure and contrast (ie. exposing for a bright spot reflected in a tiny mirror in the background making the subjects faces muddy and dark?). I gave them many chances, but I will never go back. It seems like this business is going under anyway, as the store in the East Village recently closed.
