Outstanding customer service at their 4230 N Normandy office. I returned a Jensen cassette recorder because it didn't operate out of the box and Spectra replaced it on the spot. Super-nice office staff and quick service. For anyone in Chicago who needs to return a Jensen product, go to the N Normandy office!
Two year service award and I chose a Jensen alarm clock with nature sounds. I still keep an alarm clock on my nightstand. Jensen could certainly update this clock by adding a port to charge your phone. Everyone has cell phones and I keep mine on the night stand plugged into my current alarm clock. I have my white elephant gift exchange present ready to go!
I have seen some negative comments and cannot let it go without a reply. Spectra Merchandising has been in business for 40+ years. I have worked for Spectra for 35 of those years and most of our employees have been with the company for over 10 years. Jason's review from a year ago doesn't mention anything about a Sony Walkman. Unless someone edited that out. The response from the company mentions that in the last couple of sentences. Was it the owner that responded and she was having a senior moment ? While typing her response on the typewriter in order to give her response to the I.T. specialist so he/she could post what you could call her defense of not being tech savvy ? In her defense what does using a typewriter have to do with the products they offer?
