Recently we required some warranty work to be carried out by Spectra Lifestyle. Jacob arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship. Jacob was very cordial and answered all our questions and explained the actions he would be taking to rectify the problems. He was such a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jacob and Spectra.

Dishonest business. Delivered owner supply vanity basins and waste plugs (black + brass) to the workshop as per builder's instruction which is New Choice Homes (5 big boxes of basins and 1 smaller box of waste plug). When the cabinet and basins were delivered to site, the waste plugs were missing as I was contacted by the builder and say only the default chrome waste plugs were there. Contacted the cabinet maker to find out where are the missing waste plugs and was told not received even though they were definitely delivered... read more

I can't understand how these guys are still in business. Extremely poor customer service. First they say it's a 4 month wait. Then they say we aren't taking on more work. Seems they don't want to work . Mellisa just double talks. A simple vanity replacement shouldn't be so hard.

These guys were great, right up until the end. The sales team were fantastic, professional and communicated well however, their installers professionalism and the support team afterwards were poor. We recently moved into our brand new house mid 2022 and rather than spend all our hard-earned dollars with the builder we decided to support local business. We had our pantry, kitchen cupboards and laundry installed by Spectra and let me be clear, for the most part they have done a good job. It fell apart afterwards as we tried to... read more
