Spectra did the cabinet install on our new home about 2 years ago, we also used them for some additional cabinets. Excellent design, install and after care. We had some issues and they came out and sorted it. Recommend to use.
Recently we required some warranty work to be carried out by Spectra Lifestyle. Jacob arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship. Jacob was very cordial and answered all our questions and explained the actions he would be taking to rectify the problems. He was such a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Jacob and Spectra.
Dishonest business. Delivered owner supply vanity basins and waste plugs (black + brass) to the workshop as per builder's instruction which is New Choice Homes (5 big boxes of basins and 1 smaller box of waste plug). When the cabinet and basins were delivered to site, the waste plugs were missing as I was contacted by the builder and say only the default chrome waste plugs were there. I can't understand how these guys are still in business. Extremely poor customer service. First they say it's a 4 month wait. Then they say we aren't taking on more work. Seems they don't want to work . Mellisa just double talks. A simple vanity replacement shouldn't be so hard.
