Very rude customer service. I received 2 marked Biohazard Bags with 20-30 vials of blood in each. Each vial marked with different people's names and D.O.B.s. I spoke with Spectra-Labs customer service twice since and 2nd time was told to "just throw then away", or discard them any way I want. I told them the 1st time that the bio bags arrived in my medication box instead of my meds. That the box appeared to have been opened and re-sealed at FedEx, so my meds might be in their shipment.
