We hired this guy, Dave, to put in granite counters in a condo we are trying to sell. He seemed nice enough and seemed to know what he was talking about so we agreed on a price and he was supposed to put the counters in. He started the project a week later than we had originally agreed upon then never finished! He got the counter tops in but he installed them over an inch of plywood that was completely visible and totally unfinished looking.
