We purchased a vehicle in August 2025 from Spectra Autos. After driving four hours, with a trailer to bring the vehicle back to PA, the owner left before we arrived, knowing we were coming. Owner left a neighboring business to complete paperwork. Which I’m not even sure if that’s legal. We should have left then. We still purchased the vehicle. We trailered it back four hours. Dmitar seems to have poor communication skills or is afraid to let people know where vehicles are parked. I reached out to a post they had on Facebook Marketplace asking where they were located since they didn’t post as a dealer or list a location. All they would say was Akron, Ohio. Well Akron is a big place. When I persisted about a location I got ghosted and then blocked by them. 🤷♂️ I just by chance ran across their website and business name with the same vehicle listed for sale so I wanted to share my thoughts.
Good customer service and caring about their customers.
