I purchased a spa from Spectacular Spas a little over a year ago, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The sales process was simple, delivery was on schedule, and the spa itself has been wonderful. After 20+ years of band-aid fixes for our old hot tub, I finally convinced my husband it was time to invest in a new one. We are thoroughly enjoying our Eco Spa and have had a great experience with the staff at Spectacular Spas. They have been very helpful since the day we purchased the spa and long after whenever we had a question or need. Amanda truly understands the value of great customer service.
Great place
This company is amazing! They definitely live up to their name, “spectacular spas”. I ordered my spa in June and it was delivered fast. The bubbles stopped working and they sent a repairman out the next day to fix it.
