I had trouble when converting my Eco Spa from 110V to 220V. Amanda was fantastic and walked me through the wiring issues and also emailed me a photo and very detailed instructions. I followed her directions and the spa is working perfectly. She is definitely familiar with her products and saved me the cost of a service call. I highly recommend Spectacular Spa’s and especially Amanda and will definitely give them all of my business in the future. Good, old fashioned service!
I purchased a spa from Spectacular Spas a little over a year ago, and my experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The sales process was simple, delivery was on schedule, and the spa itself has been wonderful. After 20+ years of band-aid fixes for our old hot tub, I finally convinced my husband it was time to invest in a new one.
