After some time has passed, I wanted to update my review. Our initial experience had issues, mainly due to unclear communication during the ordering process. We were told one pair would go through insurance and the other would be out-of-pocket, but both were ultimately charged out-of-pocket, which we only realized later when reviewing our credit card charges.
