They are the best. Always helpful, do a great job, super friendly, and very competent.
I scheduled an eye exam with doctor Karen. I always get anxious when I schedule doctors appointments.They can run long or they can make your wait, not the case at Spectacular Eyewear, I was so impressed even in the busy showroom that everything ran on schedule.I was in, I was out and the doctor did not rush me. Dr Karen answered all my questions, gave me a thorough exam, and recommended eye drops that work even better then the prescription ones I had. Thank you Dr Karen. I just want to say I have been going here for a long time and the last time I was there I was treated horribly by Joseph, one of the owners. My glasses were glued at the lens and frames, and they insisted that I had done this. I did not glue my glasses. When I told them I came to them for repair and I didn’t try to fix them and glue them as he insinuated. I was then told, oh then maybe one of your family members glued them!
