A few weeks back my glasses broke, in midst of one of my busiest period. Were some fancy brand (a gift from my friends) - beautifully designed but on the fragile side (definitelly not for active people). Last night, a screw fell off my glasses, rendering them unusable. I checked and found the nearest shop was MODERN.PROJECTS. The owner, a kind gentleman, fixed them for us without charging any fees. I was very grateful. His shop has a wide variety of glasses, and I think I'll go there to get new glasses when I need them again.
Can’t express how happy I am that Gerard was able to use my sunglasses lenses and put them in new frame for an unbelievable price. I’m blown away by the service. Thank you so much ☺️
Our family have been going to Gerard at Spectacles Galore for almost 20 years, and are always greeted with a warm smile and conversation. Gerard is a master at his craft, and has helped us through new prescriptions, fixing broken frames, finding and fitting lens to frames etc. And an added bonus, he always has a couple of bonsai on display in the store! Highly recommended.
I have been attending spectacles galore for 31 years, since I was 4, and I have recieved the best care everytime. Gerard goes above and beyond to meet requests, fixing the unfixable, and Nick is incredibly thorough in eye examinations. Head here if you want to be well looked after for a reasonable price.
