I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with everyone at the Spectacle Shoppe. Rob did a great job of fitting my new glasses, and is always there to make any adjustments if you need them. Nice selection of frames as well.
Every time I am in need of glasses I go to Robin. With over 30 years of experience, he has always been able to get me and my family the glasses we want work with our prescriptions. My parents are disabled and he goes out of his way to make sure they are taken care of. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they listen and provide helpful feedback. Robin Odentz at the Spectacle Shoppe has very capably and loyaly taken care of my eyeglass and vision needs - since the 1970's. I have worn glasses since I was 4. I am in my 60s today. My eyeglass RX is very complex and Robin has very skillfully upgraded and filled it in a timely manner over the decades. I walked in and no one said hello or even acknowledged me until I said hello. There were 3 people working there at the time. I said I was there looking for new glasses, still no one said anything or offered to help me. I looked a bit and walked out the door. I won't be walking back in ever again.
The man behind the counter broke my frames right in front of me, assuming I couldn't see.
