Several months ago, I happened to find Spectacles after becoming frustrated with my previous optometrist. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. Dr. Courtney Bovy goes above and beyond in customer service and patient care. My husband's glasses had a small piece break off so I went to see what warranty options were available. Dr. Bovy swapped the lenses into another frame and said she would deal with the warranty, so my husband wouldn't have to wait on glasses. They are excellent and they will take wonderful care of your eyes. Highly recommend.
Dr. Bovy and his staff were great. They explained everything about my exam and glasses very well and the process was easy and fast. It was very easy to get an appointment scheduled quickly!
