I was having a rough day after losing my glasses the night before and was in desperate need of a new pair. When I arrived, Juan Carlos helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient walking me through the entire process and even helping me choose the perfect new set of glasses. Thanks to his help, I left the store not only with new glasses but also with a renewed sense of happiness.
I booked an appointment online and they called me the day before to tell me that they had given my appointment to someone else and they were trying to move me to another week. I’m not happy about this last minute cancellation of my appointment when I already booked a time and day that worked for me. I ended up going to Opto-mization for my exam and they were really thorough and helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and calm. From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed! Isaac was very helpful but doesn't make you feel any pressure, so it was comfortable to try around many glasses. Thank you Isaac for making it a great expirence... The only store I will shop for glasses!
Isaac what's very helpful and figuring out my glasses and getting me the best deals you can find on glasses. And the rest of the staff from the I exam on, they had absolutely amazing customer service. I'm glad I went to them, saved me a lot of time and effort. I highly recommend them.
