Back in June, I went into specsavers to get new glasses, and prescription sunglasses. Everyone was super kind and helpful! They were very honest with me about what frames suited me, and which ones would work with the lenses I needed (I'm blind as a bat, and at that point in life that I need progressives) I received my first set of glasses about two weeks later and thought that all was well! I always go to specsavers for myself and for my family’s glasses but this time I had very bad experience.
The customer service was excellent. I felt valued. Full explanations were given for all the options. .. and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Specsavers 👌 at Sevenoaks to anybody who needs new glasses.
