I bought two pair of glasses from the Specsavers At Seven Oaks Mall At just the right time ! Not only was there $50 off of the usual deal of two pairs for $149, But for three days, only there was 50% off all lens upgrades so I saved a total of $230. The customer service was exceptional, and I have nothing but great things to say about Zoey, Who took her time with me and did not make me feel rushed. The young staff person who helped me was named Shy and was kind, professional, patient and knowledgeable. I was so grateful for her expertise and suggestions! 1st experience of calling into a Reception had no clue and very rude I won't be dealing with this one location. 2nd experience after I recieved a call from the store manager after my first review and firest impression over the phone, they improved and hugely helpful and actually was more cheerful and understandable and actually helped me with info and didnt down grade me for having a child with disability and on income assitance so they did a great job.. 2nd time around when thebsotee manager reached out.
