I got my prescription and sunglasses in reasonable price . Aman was so helpful to fix my prescription glasses . This place has good deals and welcoming environment. Will recommend it to everyone

Hi, I highly recommend it because of low prices and excellent service which includes everything and also very cheap prices especially the one who helped me out her name is INDU, she's an amazing employee. She gives her 100 percent and helps you out in everything even choosing the lenses and frame according to your wishes. Very great service by her.
Prepaid for my prescription glasses and then never heard back from them. Called the store after waiting for 2 weeks only to find out my glasses were ready for pick up 5 days ago. No one called, texted or emailed me to let me know they were ready for pickup. When I asked, received a response that showed how little they cared about their customers once they receive their payment.
Sandeep was very very rude. She almost made me cry by yelling on me. This was my first time to use my insurance plan so i was confused. She didnt have any patience and no customer service skills according to me she should not be dealing with the customers. At last i ask her can somebody else help me so jaskiran helped me she went above and beyond to provide me exceptional service. She even told me about the deals and helped me to choose my glasses. Management should look after sandeep and her customer service skills
