Staff is rude and does not show a willingness to serve customers. I’ve been to the Surrey and Langley locations, where I had a wonderful experience; unfortunately, the Scottsdale location's service is not up to standard.

I had a very bad experience. I had to visit twice for a check-up and glasses adjustment. There were also some female staff members, and if I knew their names, I would mention them here. When I tried to explain the issue I was having with my glasses, one of them seemed to make fun of me — she was giving expressions to other staff members and smiling at me. It felt very disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone to visit this place.
