I was extremely impressed with Mr Eliot Cook and the staff at SpecSavers at Southport. His thorough investigation and subsequent suggestions for a referral to my doctor and an opthamologist for ongoing tests after a concern was discovered was, I felt, above and beyond expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending the service.
I'm very happy with the service I got here. As I walked in with no prior booking, I was lucky they were able to fit me in (within half an hour) for an eye health check and prescription check. Then I was given assistance in selecting two frames to place an order. All members of the team were pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my glasses and having them fitted soon.
