Ordered and paid for my glasses in Sydney and had them shipped to Maryborough store for pick up. They arrived in store but the staff couldn't be bothered to let me know they had arrived. If I didn't chase up about my glasses they would have just sat in their cupboard. When I asked how long they had been there I was just blow off like I shouldn't worry about it. Very poor. I will go to Hervey Bay next time.
