Excellent service value for money. V efficient staff.
I arrived for my appointment today only to be told it had been canceled minutes ago due to a sick optometrist. I realise that cannot be helped. However when I asked to be fitted with the other optometrist on duty as I was already there and unable to make another appointment this week, the staff were completely dissmissive and told me to come back in next week. No contigencies nor care given. I have been a Specsavers customer for years but will now go elsewhere.
Dr Prince was quite frankly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met! He was so patient and kind to not only myself but my 3 year old too, really took the time to explain things to me and was so patient with everything my daughter needed doing! So grateful to have around someone so awesome.
