Terrible service. I went to get my glasses checked which I bought from other specsaver store. They acknowledged that I was given a higher number but refused to replace as it’s too much of a hassle for them and told me to go back to the same store. One of their team member did mention that they do owner purchase from other store but then the so called manager denied and didn’t take any responsibility. Do not visit this store. Doesn’t meet Australian consumer standards.
I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers! The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!
