Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. I had an appointment at Specsavers Mirrabooka Square and made the effort to leave work early specifically to attend it. Despite this, I arrived just 5 minutes late and was told my appointment was cancelled outright. There was absolutely no flexibility, no understanding, and no attempt to accommodate me in any way. Julie takes the time to help you choose frames that suit your face, and she gives honest, thoughtful feedback about your choices which I really appreciate!!
