I made a last minute appointment online and though the appointment went well it took a lot longer than i expected with 10 minute slots allocated. But even so I felt that the service was great and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Keep in mind your appointment will be followed up with assistance to choose a frame and then some measurements etc so plan for the time and prepare to be satisfied with a great team giving their best.
I had my annual eye-test recently together with the audiology assessment offered by Specsavers. From the reminder phone call on the morning of my appointment, to the greeting at clinic, across all assessments, and at the frame selection, each staff member was helpful, friendly and professional. A special mention has to be made of the Optometrist who assessed me, Maniga, for her delightful demeanor, strong professionalism and high enthusiasm for her role. Just had the BEST experience at specsavers with a worker named Jamileh who was extremely helpful in helping me choose what frames to buy. She gave honest advice about how certain glasses looked on me and I’m EXTREMELY satisfied by the customer service I was given. The entire store was very friendly as well, the staff there are very positive and create a really great environment to walk in with. Thanks for the help guys!
