Wells street. Tuesday i went to pick up my glasses. The guy serving was exceptionally rude, & didnt even look up from what he was doing to speak. He said i wont give you your glasses cause i have no appointment. Well i didnt know an appointment was a compulsory thing. I just wanted him to hand them over as they were already paid for, He also lied & said the glasses were at the factory. No there are not. He didnt even try to find them.
