The most obnoxious, aggressive, and anti-customer service store manager ever! Recently purchased multiple pairs of RX glasses, the associate was nice and knowledgeable enough and provided good service. Upon picking up the finished glasses for fitting, had some issues with one of the pairs and inquired about the different options: exchange, return, refund, etc. Female manager comes over and begins to berate us; super aggressive, demanding to know why we don't like the glasses, and just overall incredibly rude, making us feel ... read more
Can’t speak to the service since I didn’t end up purchasing glasses here. This is because every single pair of glasses I picked up to try had a lot of fingerprints and smudges on them which didn’t feel very hygienic and made looking through the display glasses very blurry. This was around store opening at 10am. I really think the store should have a policy for cleaning the glasses on display once a day or prior to store opening at the very least.
The service I received was exellent. The staff who assisted me were professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
As I walked in with my family, we were greeted by Toni, whose warmth and friendliness set the tone for our visit. With incredible professionalism, she addressed all our questions, leaving a lasting impression. Being in my 50s, I realized how rare it is to encounter such a sweet and precise approach. Thank you, Toni, for creating such a positive experience.
