Naaz and Simrat are exceptional
It was very very bad experience. The satff was so unprofessional, unresponsive and with rude behavior, at the 1st vist and pickup time, both. There was a male who was checking my eyes by machine was so rudely asked "straight your head" and "put your chin on the machine" and "don't move". Like I am an unwanted person for him. All my measurements he took was all wrong, when the senior person came she corrected all the measurements he took. And he left for almost 20 minutes in between the measurements process. This was my second time buying 2 new pair of glasses. The gentleman serving me was very professional and kind . I absolutely would recommend this Specsavers in Meadowvale!
