My experience at this store was truly wonderful. From the moment I walked in, all the staff and team members greeted me with warm smiles and a friendly attitude, and they went above and beyond to help me out. Extremely disappointing experience with Specsavers , North Vancouver I purchased a pair of glasses from Specsavers on February 21, 2026. After only about one month, the hinge began having problems. Then, yesterday, the glasses suddenly broke on their own, without being dropped, stepped on, or misused. I went to the store today expecting the issue to be properly inspected and resolved.
