FYI grab a chair because this is a very long review. I came into this store with the lowest expectations of paying for glasses that day because they were too expensive when I checked online, and my student budget was so thin. Then I met the receptionist who took me to Chula after I had picked the cheapest set of glasses I could find. People is friendly and really helpfull they show you all the options you have and answer every question, good service and fast, and prices are the best.
Very knowledgeable and kind staff, dilara helped me get what I needed and got me in and out quickly while explaining everything in detail throughout my visit. Dilara was exceptional with her customer service and for that reason alone I would recommend this store to anyone
