What a dissapointment. Went and got glasses and the first time i go the frames i wanted where not included in the 2 for 1. Then I had to fight with the sales person who doesn't know much about the fact that I wanted clear lenses(no rx) on the top and just bifocals on the bottom. Wanted both pairs the same way, was told the doctor on said one pair. Anyways now the other pair sits pretty in the ugly box they gave me because i use the ones with the bifocals. I was helped by Victor at the Walden Specsavers and Hailey at the Shawnessy store. They were both outstanding, up there with the best optometry experiences I've had in my 69 years (and that's a long time!). I started with Victor who asked relevant questions to determine how I would be using my glasses and what I needed as a result. He wrote out the details regarding frame, lens, coatings etc. I needed to update my prescription so Victor booked me in to the Shawnessy Specsavers which had an earlier appointment available.
