I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers in Walden. From the moment I walked in, the staff were open, respectful, and very responsive. The clinic was clean and well organized, and I immediately felt welcomed. Halima was especially personable, we ended up chatting about our holidays, which made the whole experience feel warm and relaxed rather than rushed. Great service and surprisingly good deal on 2 pair of prescription glasses. I’m sure I was punked by the good price. Will see how well I can see with my new glasses in a few days. I paid $99 and are expecting two pair of glasses with my prescription. I can’t believe this is a real deal.
If only I can rate down to 0. Worst customer service experience at Walden location. We were there waiting for eye exam slot from 11.30-11.55 am and still no sight of someone attending. They double book people and then we were told they are gonna let someone ahead of us for a quick contact lens check. Like really? I called in advanced and asked if they accepted my insurance coverage and they told me they did. I made an appointment and was told to wait 20 mins past the appointment time to be seen. The doctor told me she wanted to dilate my eyes but I’d have to come back some other time for that because they were too busy -_- I came for an eye exam and wanted to get new glasses but for some reason after the exam was done (ish) they couldn’t figure out my insurance coverage. I had a great experience at Specsavers Walden. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful during my eye exam and when choosing frames. At first, the new lenses I received didn’t suit me, but the team quickly fixed the issue and made sure I was completely satisfied with the replacement. I really appreciate their patience and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back
