All the staff at specsavers in Devonshire mall are fantastic but my favorite is Ali Syed. He's a 10 outta 10
Staff Danelle was very rude to my daughter-in law during her recent visit. When my daughter -in law check in after the 2 week period she was given by staff that her glasses with be ready. Staff Danelle was rude about it. Don't tell people a time line the glasses will be done, and when they call to see if they are ready, there is no need to be rude and make someone feel less for check to see if the product is done! Do better spec savers!! We will no longer be shopping at your location!!
