Excellent service 💯
Had an extremely positive experience here today. I had broken my glasses the night before and they were able to swap my old lenses into a new frame when nobody else was able to help. Galal and Ryan were both wonderful and kind during my visit, working quickly and thoroughly. I will be visiting this location again whenever I need my glasses adjusted/exchanged
While visiting from BC, my grandchild’s glasses broke. They were purchased at Spec Savers in BC. Ryan, the associate who helped us was amazing. He called the BC store for more info and presto!! The glasses were replaced within moments!! Excellent experience and Ryan’s customer service was superior!! Thank you again Ryan!
