I was looking for a wine, with 0 experience about wines. But Natalia was so helpful She helped me shop for her perfect wine for my mother in law, she just asked a few questions and I got my gift. My mother in law loved the wine, she already bought two more bottles.
Today I had a disappointing experience at Specs. After placing a pickup order, I had positive interactions with the cashier and a salesperson offering samples. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication and a manager who was more interested in being right than in making a sale. Part of my order (~$180 total) included what I thought was 1 6-case of inexpensive wine. Apparently it was 1 bottle of expensive wine. Whatever, mistakes happen.
