Bad service and people that don’t know how to use a computer but they are cashiers

It's pretty incredible that I was reluctant to write a review based on a single employee before reading the other ones and seeing that it spans nearly a decade. How she hasn't been fired is beyond me. Trust me, you'll know the one. Older woman who works the register. She absolutely should not be in any role in customer service whatsoever. Which I would've tolerated as a Millennial inclined to apologize for my very existence, until today, when she saw me at the register and just straight up walked away. She needs to be fired.
Staff not very friendly, bought ginger ale that was all flat.
