I am writing to bring to your attention my recent experience while picking up a DoorDash delivery order from Specs. Unfortunately, it left much to be desired in terms of customer service. On my visit, I encountered several employees at the registers who were notably unapproachable and dismissive. As I entered the store, I felt ignored, as there was no acknowledgment from the staff despite my presence.
