Customer service is a 5/5 stars for me! I went in today with my mother in law because we had a company party that required different types of alcohol for the pop bar that we were having. We both aren’t big drinkers so we were struggling on locating all the alcohol that we needed to get. Not one, not two, but THREE different employees offered to help us out and direct us as to where the specific bottles we were looking for were at. We loved how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful these people were at specs!!!
Drove my dad, my wife, and my wife’s friend to specs so they could by some alcohol for a wedding that’s coming up and as they were ready to buy everything some random rude lady started asking for ID for no reason which is fine but no need to be rude but my dad showed his ID and he was the one paying for everything but they asked my wife and her friends for hers which they both showed and they both are of legal age and the lady still refused to let my dad purchase the alcohol, so they called over the manager just so he could ... read more
