If I lived in this area I would return the cigars. Bought a box of Olivia Series V. Completely dry and stems. Cheapest box of Olivia I've bought. Specs used to be a great place for cigars, but not anymore. Disapointed.

What an unbelievably rude and incompetent cashier at Specs. I tried to use my American Express debit card, and it was declined for no clear reason—Specs apparently doesn’t accept Amex debit cards. The cashier had the nerve to tell me it “must not be a debit card,” even though it clearly says “American Express Debit” right on it. When I explained that their refusal to accept it was costing me an extra 5% and losing them repeat business, she just shrugged and said, “I’m only a cashier. I’ve always appreciated the great prices at this establishment, but I was disappointed with the packaging during my recent visit. We purchased three glass bottles of liquor, a bottle of grenadine, and a package of ranch waters, but everything was simply tossed into one paper bag without any protective measures for the glass bottles. It would be beneficial to use protective sleeves for the liquor bottles to prevent potential breakage.
