Bree at Spec's provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She took the time to explain how the rewards points program works, showed me how to keep track of my points, and made sure I understood everything before I left. She never made me feel rushed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about helping rather than just getting me out the door. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.
