Horrible experience, the front lady accused me of going in with other people when she should have looked at the cameras first before accusing my party and I. She made my experience at specs a very uncomfortable and difficult. You guys have cameras inside and outside please use your brain before jumping to conclusions.
The selection is really great. Customer service is wishy washy. There are a couple of guys that are really helpful but everyone else seems to have zero energy. I'm not asking for Disney level joy, but at least act like your life isn't over man.

The wine inventory at Spec's in enormous. I did not purchase any wine as not in my budget. I did discover a unique rum which is in my budget. I love wine, and the selections are in line with Total Wine.... Only too overpriced. What happens to the inventory when it ages out.. many wines can sit for 10 years.... Then where do they end up? Specs has a spitendous inventory. Thanks to every associate assisting. Good work
