Who doesn't like Specs!! I did learn a lesson though. If the music isn't playing, systems are down. Carry cash in case or wait a few minutes til it comes back
This review is for the awesome service that specs always delivers. But today they went beyond just service. I never carry cash, but this morning I got cash from the bank to make a purchase. Well I lost it, & they found it. I called Cecilia, and she was so excited to tell me she had my cash, more than I was to hear she had it. Thank you to Cecilia, & all the staff ! Really awesome management here! I had placed two orders consecutively two days in a row that included 7 lb bags of ice that weren't delivered via door dash and Cecilia the store manager personally drove them out to make the orders right. You don't see that level of dedication from most businesses nowadays and they've definitely won me over as a permanent customer forever.
