When they “don’t have time” or “don’t feel like” picking out their next pair or leave and later decide they want sunglasses too and “she can just pick them out”... “we know they’ll fit”... “she knows what I like”... well ~ I guess no one could ever ask for more than that. Bad chain to do business with - take your money and not get your glasses -
I was given glasses I cannot even wear due to causing pain and headaches. Instead of respectfully trying to solve the issue, I was told by the owner, “these glasses are your prescription, they were made for you and I don’t know what else you want me to do about it.” Now I’m out close to $300, have a pair of glasses I can’t wear and was told the problem is mine not theirs.
