Really friendly and helpful. I Iost a screw out of my glasses and they repaired them no cost and no appointment
Had a great experience!! Frank is a trip he will keep you laughing. His wife is very professional and knowledgeable and sweet as can be. I went from blurred vision to seeing in HD in about 30 minutes. A+ Service will be back in the future.
Today was my first visit and I have to say Iv never felt more at home and comfortable at an appointment period. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Customer service can be demanding and draining sometimes and just from one visit I can tell they really have a heart for what they do. Absolutely love this place and will forever choose them. 5 stars is just not enough in my opinion.
I had the pleasure of working with Frank, and Susie during my visit, they helped me find the best solution for my budget and both were extremely professional and friendly. My exam was simple and the wait time was short. The follow up visits to pick my contacts were much the same all my concerns were addressed. Look forward to working with them on my next prescription.
Nice, friendly and helpful folks. This pair of glasses cost me less than any pair I have ever had and are the best ones I have ever had. They were fast and helpful and took time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely buy my next pair there. Thank y’all.
