If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I felt truly taken care of and understood at Specs for Less, MAINLY DUE TO THEIR TWO FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES, who have radiant and magnetic personalities. I really appreciate that when I'm purchasing something longterm that I may feel iffy about, I'm buying from Kelly and Dana. They are girl's girls, and I feel immense trust in them. They are what makes this shop feel FUN!
These ladies went above and beyond for me last year when I brought in a tricky pair of broken eye glasses. What I thought would be a quick fix ended up being a lot more tedious but they were amazing, even gave me a pair off the rack to wear home while they fixed it.
