Great place
Very nice staff. They explain everything to were I can understand it. I will definitely keep using them.
As a new resident of the Shoals, it can be nerve-wracking to find new providers. I was thoroughly pleased with Specs Downtown, from setting my appointment with Ashley to my exam with Raleigh and Dr. Thigpen. It was very thorough and they took the time to go over all my exam results and discuss my options for glasses. The office is really nice with a lot of character with exposed brick and colorful artwork. They have a patient for life!
