We just visited this Spec's. Joel introduced himself and asked if we needed assistance. We told him what we were looking for and asked about differences. He proceeded to give us info on different vodka and tequila. He was very helpful and attentive. We'll be going back. Thank you so much Joel. Good customer service hasn't completely been forgotten.
Took my bicycle here wearing my backpack as I only live a mile away. One of the people that worked here followed me around about 6 feet behind me never saying word until I asked where to find something. NOT EVERYONE WITH A BACKPACK IS A THIEF... BUYER BEWARE! I would have happily left it at the front of the store if asked. But, they choose to treat everyone like a thief.
