Leona was very helpful and sweet but Bryan was extremely rude and unhelpful so all and all, it was a fairly unpleasant experience due to the fact that I had to pay for something but I didn't get what I wanted, like at all. I told him what I wanted and he was like this is what you get, take it or leave it. So, I took it and left but totally unsatisfied. It's all just so unfortunate.
I appreciate that they are honest with me about allocated bourbon when I ask. If they have it, they'll sell it to me without making me jump through hoops. Everyone there seems pretty happy and will chat with me about bourbon or tequila and just be a generally nice person. I've picked up some great Jack Daniels single barrel store picks, some bottles of EHT, an awesome Kentucky Spirit, and more. Happy to keep giving these guys my business whenever I can!
