My husband broke his specs frame over the weekend, and needed immediate service. This was the only specs store that was open on a Sunday! Really helpful and great customer service. They fixed the frame in a week's time. Also very inexpensive! Highly recommend this store for specs repairs in the northern suburbs.
This is by far the best level of service I have experienced for many years when purchasing any product. Not just spectacles. I have been blown away by the entire experience. From the thoroughness of the eye tests to the care and honesty on choosing from the amazing array of specs it seriously felt like I was the most important person in the room. I will be telling anyone that will listen about these guys.
Going to the optometrist is usually such a ‘meh’ experience but these guys are incredible. They have a very obvious people-centred approach and always go out of their way to help, incredibly generous in their time and knowledge. Feels like they actually care etc. Legends.
