Never thought I'd be passionate about an optometry joint, but these guys are incredible. They’re genuinely personable, and always take the time to listen properly. Particularly love their commitment to the latest, evidence-based practice and their willingness to conduct additional research when extra knowledge is needed. Legends.
The care and attention the SPECS team give is superb! I bought some sunnies over a year ago and they still remember me when I come in. They always offer to readjust the nosepads or tighten the hinges for me, which I think is a really caring touch. I cannot recommend them enough!
Recently bought 2 pairs of glasses from this great team. John, Beth and Xavier were all so helpful with every aspect involved with selecting lenses and frames. The choice of frames is really impressive - hard to choose!
i was seeing my optometrist for years in reservoir, he retired and was i in a pickle , saw one in mill park but was just not happy, my sister put me onto specs in northcote so i thought ok let’s try… warmness knowledge good honest real chatter and incredible knowledge and professionalism, i have a few issue with my eyes and wear contacts because of them, am grateful to them for always having a smile a real honest smile and interest when i walk in, thankyou for it all
