Brought in a key I purchased online to be programmed for my truck. They told me it was the wrong key, which is fine, but still charged me a full programming fee even though it couldn’t be programmed. I understand charging a small diagnostic fee if time was spent, but a full programming charge for something that didn’t work doesn’t feel right.
