I am very unsatisfied with my recent experience with Speck. I had an oil change scheduled for this past Saturday, I scheduled this online bc it was easy and convenient to do. I showed up on time for my appt, there were employees walking around, not acknowledging me for about 10 mins, then someone finally came up my car to tell me the Jeep side is closed on Saturdays.
